Set your password
If you are a first time user of the ClinIntell application, you will get an email from us with information on how to create your account. Click the Accept Invitation button to create your password.
Type your password and click Create Account
Note: If your organization has SSO enabled, you will not need to type in a password. Simply click the Create Account button, and you will be redirected to your organization's sign in page. Follow your organization's sign in process, and once completed, you will be redirected to ClinIntell.
Sign in
Once your account has been created, you can sign in to the application any time either via email or by visiting the application's URL. Click the Sign In button in the email we sent or directly enter the application URL into your browser.
Insert your credentials and click Sign In
Note: If your organization has SSO enabled, you will not need to type in a password. Simply click the Sign In button after entering your email, and you will be redirected to your organization's sign in page. Follow your organization's sign in process, and once completed, you will be redirected to ClinIntell.
Reset password
If you forget your password, you can reset it by navigating to the sign in screen for your organization and clicking Forgot password?
Enter your email and click the Reset Password button.
You will receive an email from support@clinintell.com with a link to reset your password. Enter a new password and click the Confirm button to proceed. After successfully resetting your password, sign in as usual.
Note: The Forgot Password button will not appear on your sign-in screen if your organization uses SSO, as all sign-in credentials are managed by your organization.
